You can find your account's financial information on the Financials tab of your admin dashboard.
Seeing account balances
Under “Balances,” you’ll see your total balance due, your total deposit balance, and your budget remaining (if you use a budget cap). Learn more about using a budget cap.
You can edit your invoicing contacts in the “Email addresses for invoicing” field. Click Edit, enter email addresses to receive all invoices, then click Save.
Finding invoices
Under “Invoices,” you’ll see your total balance due and a table listing your invoices. To search for invoices from a specific time frame, expand the “Filters” box, enter your start and end dates, and select Filter.
In the invoice table, you can:
- View any invoice in detail by clicking its invoice number.
- Sort the table by clicking a column header. You can sort by the "Amount outstanding" column to see invoices with outstanding balances.
- Select Export to Excel to download an xlsx file of all invoices in the table.
Finding deposit invoices
Under “Deposits,” you’ll see your total amount of deposit funds remaining. Learn more about adding deposit funds.
To search for deposit invoices (called KDEPS) from a specific time frame, expand the “Filters” box, enter your start and end dates, and select Filter.
In the deposit invoice table, you can:
- View any invoice by clicking its invoice number.
- Sort the table by clicking a column header.
- Select Export to Excel to download an xlsx file of all invoices in the table.
