The account statement in the Payment Portal is a summary of all account activity with Kanopy. The Statement shows all invoices paid and due, deposits, credit memos, refunds, and more.
To view your account statement:
- Access the Payment Portal
- Click on the “View Account Statement” link
On the Account Statement, you can view all outstanding invoices, linked in green, payments in black, open estimates, refunds, credit memos, and more.
Please note that Account Statement entries go back to January 1, 2020, to the current date. If you need to inspect purchases made prior to that, please contact us using the payments@kanopy.com email address or visit the Invoices tab in the Admin Dashboard.
