Kanopy provides flexible reporting capabilities on the Analytics tab of your administrative dashboard. When compiling a COUNTER report, you may need to know the number of "item requests" made through Kanopy. In Kanopy's analytics reports, "item requests" are called "plays." A play is logged each time a user plays a film and it loads successfully.
To see the number of plays for a specific time period, go to the Analytics tab of your administrative dashboard. Near the top of the Summary page, you'll see the total number of plays for the time period selected. Use the date range tool in the top-right corner to see data for the desired month or year. The Daily Activity report (under "Usage") breaks down plays by day, and the remaining reports under "Usage" track plays by other metrics.
