You can use the Feature Request tool to suggest improvements directly to the Kanopy product team. You can also read and upvote requests made by other Kanopy libraries.
To submit a feature request:
- Log in to your Kanopy admin account.
- In the account drop-down (in the top-right corner), select Feature Request.
- Under "Give us your ideas," write a title and description for your feature suggestion. Include as much detail as possible in the description (like what problems the suggested feature would solve or what parts of Kanopy your feature affects).
- (Optional) Click the button circled below to include screenshots.
- Select Submit.
Note: If you submit, leave a comment on, or upvote a feature request, your Kanopy username will be visible on the Feature Request page, and you may receive emails about Kanopy feature requests at the address associated with your Kanopy admin account. These emails are automatically generated by Canny, the service that manages the request board.
If you'd like to make a feature request without using the request board, you can always email your Kanopy account manager.
