You can check in on your spend and usage data at any time form the admin dashboard (visit this page for help logging in to the admin account). Once logged in, head to the Analytics tab and open the “Monthly Budget Tracker.” This will show your current remaining balance as well as this month’s play credits and charges so you can see how you arrived at this balance.
Kanopy will also send you notifications as you reach 70, 80, 90 and 100% of your budget cap. If you would like to adjust the budget cap at any time, please reach out to your account manager.
