Kanopy platforms have one admin account that's shared between staff members. With your Kanopy admin account, you can:
- Purchase and manage film licenses
- Review what titles are available on your Kanopy platform
- Find titles with PPR for public events
- Suggest new titles for Kanopy to acquire
- Request new Kanopy features
- See invoices
- Download MARC records
Unlike admin accounts, every staff member can have their own user account. With a user account, you can:
- See the same experience as your users
- Browse and search for videos on your platform
- Watch films
- Create playlists to share on social media
- Create a personal watchlist of films
You'll use the same Log in button on kanopy.com to log in to your admin account and user account. To switch between accounts, log out, then log in with the other account.
